Barbara Kavchok Gowns Take Center Stage in CONTEMPORARY WEDDINGS MAGAZINE Blog

AMV Weddings perfectly blended artistry and romance to bring a ballet-inspired wedding to life for a styled shoot recently featured on the Contemporary Weddings Magazine blog. Inspired by the famous painting "Blue Dancers" by Edward Degas, every detail was perfectly curated to embody luxury, romance, whimsy, and a touch of European grandeur. All of it was captured by Morgan Taylor Artistry at the historic Glen Foerd Mansion in Philadelphia.

The bride and groom were dancers from the Pennsylvania Ballet, adding an extra authentic touch to the ballet-inspired shoot. The bride wore two different Barbara Kavchok gowns, Meadow and Skye. Both gowns featured elegant lace and flowing tulle which floated in the air as the dancers twirled on the dancefloor. The whimsical essence of both gowns perfectly complemented the pastel color palette. Touches of soft blue, an homage to the Degas painting, were incorporated into every element from the stationary, linens, cake, floral arrangements, and everything in between.
