Although brides can find Barbara Kavchok gowns in retail locations all over the country, when you make an appointment with us you will be coming to the heart of the brand, where all of Barbara’s designs are created from start to finish.
WHAT MAKES AN APPOINTMENT HERE DIFFERENT?
For your appointment, you will be working one-on-one with Barbara Kavchok herself! The benefit of being able to come to the studio for your appointment is that you will get to explain exactly what you envision for your perfect dress, directly to the designer. Based on what you’re looking for, Barbara will pull some styles for you to try on, but you will also be free to walk through the studio and pick any styles you like.
Barbara can customize any style to your liking. Say you want to get rid of the sleeves, change the color, add a detachable skirt, or add more bling, she can do it all!
You also have the option to create your very own custom gown. Doing a custom gown allows you to talk to Barbara about what you want, you can show her some inspo pictures, look at colors and fabrics, and Barbara will do some sketches to bring the dream dress in your head to life!
Appointments are available for brides looking to work directly with the designer, Barbara Kavchok. Shop from our handmade-to-order collections or work with Barbara to design something completely custom, bringing your dream dress to life. This one-of-a-kind experience allows brides to work directly with the designer every step of the way.

Be Prepared & Research.
Have a good idea of the style & size you're looking for. This helps us prepare for your appointment. You should begin shopping at least 8-10 months prior to your wedding date.
Investment.
Barbara Kavchok bridal gowns start at $2,500. The final price of your gown will include alterations, bustle, and anything else you add during your time with us.
Perks.
You'll be working directly with owner & designer Barbara. You'll be able to customize your gown to your liking and know that it's being handled with the utmost care & attention to detail the whole time it's in production - Plus it's all made right here in our studio!
